To initiate the recruitment process, the Employer and Hire Hub International Ltd must formally execute an Agency Agreement outlining the detailed terms and conditions governing the recruitment and supply of manpower from Bangladesh. This agreement should clearly define the roles, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties, ensuring mutual understanding and compliance. Upon review and mutual consent, the agreement must be duly signed by authorized representatives of both parties, signifying their acceptance of the stipulated terms under which the recruitment demand will be processed and fulfilled.

We begin by thoroughly studying the client’s requirements and engaging in detailed discussions with their representatives to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs. Our approach is collaborative—we work closely with our clients to clearly identify and define their specific requirements, ensuring precision in the recruitment process and fostering a strong, long-term business relationship. Once mutual understanding is established, we request the client to submit the necessary documents, as outlined under the section titled "Employer’s Part."

Employer’s Part

Power of Attorney

The Employer/Principal shall issue a Power of Attorney in favor of Hire Hub International Ltd, authorizing it to act as their true and lawful attorney and representative in Bangladesh. This authorization will empower Hire Hub International Ltd to handle all matters related to recruitment with the Government of Bangladesh on behalf of the Employer/Principal.

Demand Letter
The Employer/Principal shall formally issue a Demand Letter in favor of Amco, clearly specifying the job categories, the number of workers required for each category, monthly salaries, working hours, contract duration, and other entitlements. These entitlements should include provisions for food, medical care, transportation, air passage, accommodation, and any other applicable benefits for the workers.

Visa Documents
Please note: This specific documentation requirement applies exclusively to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Employer/Principal must provide the visa documents (commonly known as "Okala"), which serve as official authorization from the Government of Saudi Arabia permitting the recruitment of workers from Bangladesh. These documents must be original and duly authenticated to ensure acceptance by the respective embassy.

Company Registration (CR) Copy
Please note: This specific document requirement applies only to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A photocopy of the company's official registration certificate is required as part of the documentation process.

Consular Letter
Please note: This specific document requirement applies exclusively to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A letter must be addressed to the Consular Section of Amco by the Employer/Principal, requesting permission to recruit candidates from Bangladesh in accordance with the Demand Letter and referencing the specified visa block numbers.

Employment Agreement
Copies of the standard employment contract between the Employer and the Employee are required as part of the documentation process.

Agency Agreement
The Employer and Hire Hub International Ltd must execute an Agency Agreement outlining all terms and conditions, which will serve as the guiding framework for both parties. The Authorization Letter, Power of Attorney (P/A), and Demand Letter must be in original form, duly sealed and signed by the sponsor or an authorized representative, and attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Upon receipt of all the necessary documents mentioned above, Hire Hub International Ltd will proceed with the deployment of the recruited personnel to the Employer’s designated location within 14 to 45 days, subject to the availability of airline seats.

The Pre-Selection Process The pre-selection process begins with advertising job opportunities through local mass media to reach potential applicants. Additionally, Hire Hub International Ltd often utilizes its existing pool of candidates, including those returning from previous contracts abroad or individuals on a waiting list for new opportunities. Moreover, Hire Hub International Ltd maintains an extensive computerized database of current and prospective applicants from diverse backgrounds, possessing a wide range of skills and qualifications. The entire pre-selection process is managed by our dedicated recruitment manager and executives, who evaluate candidates based on the following criteria:

  • Finishing of job and quality of job performed.

Selection & Deployment Process

Final Selection We prioritize the final selection of applicants through oral or practical tests conducted by the Employer or their authorized representative. We arrange accommodation, transportation, and all other logistical support required for this purpose. In cases where Hire Hub International Ltd is entrusted with the selection and testing of workers, we carry out the process with the assistance of a team of experts for technical and professional categories, under the direct supervision of our professional executives at our state-of-the-art Trade Test Center. Our facilities include specialized testing for complex engineering functions, conducted at our Training Center in Khilkhat, Dhaka, adhering to the latest modern processes and techniques. Hire Hub International Ltd takes great pride in the quality of the workforce it supplies. To maintain these high standards, we continuously update and adapt our trade testing procedures to meet the evolving needs and requirements of various professional fields.
Web-Based Worker Management System At Hire Hub International Ltd, we utilize a custom-built, web-based project management application that allows our partners—including employers and other stakeholders—to monitor the progress of each candidate’s processing in real time. We constantly update the individual records within this system. Once a project is confirmed, the employer is provided with a user ID and password to access the platform, ensuring full transparency throughout the recruitment process.
Documentation Hire Hub International Ltd assumes full responsibility for collecting and managing all necessary documents from applicants. These include passport copies, visa copies, biodata, photographs, health certificates, academic qualifications, employment contracts, and other relevant documents required for proper client representation. Each worker is deployed with a personal file containing these documents. Additionally, Hire Hub International Ltd obtains all necessary permissions from relevant government agencies and legal institutions to ensure compliance and smooth processing.
