Validation of Proper Documentation

Unlike other recruiting agencies, we don’t just collect documents and assemble them into workers’ personal files. Instead, we go the extra mile to verify the authenticity of each document on behalf of our clients. For instance, we cross-check educational certificates with the respective education boards and verify police records to ensure that every worker deployed through our agency has a clean and trustworthy background.

Medical Checkup

After a candidate passes the initial stage of selection, they are sent for a medical check-up at a modern and authorized medical center, recognized by the respective embassies of the country of employment. These medical facilities strictly adhere to international health standards. At Hire Hub International Ltd., we ensure that every individual deployed to a client’s organization is in sound physical and mental health. For employment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for instance, prospective workers are required by law to undergo medical examinations at GAMCA-approved medical centers. To meet the growing demand for overseas medical assessments, Hire Hub International Ltd. has recently established its own medical center. This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced medical equipment and operated by highly qualified professionals in medicine and pathology. A team of specialist doctors oversees all operations and continuously enhances the healthcare services provided. Our workers typically undergo the following medical evaluations:

  • Routine Urine Test
  • HBsAg, TPHA, HIV, Anti-HCV
  • RBS, S Bilirubin, SGPT, SGOT, Creatine, Cholesterol
  • Widal Test
  • X-Ray, TB
  • Application and Receipt of Visa

On behalf of the selected candidates, Hire Hub International Ltd. applies for visas at the respective embassies, as authorized by the employer. For countries such as the UAE, Qatar, and Oman, we prepare and dispatch a complete set of documents, enabling our clients to submit them to the appropriate ministries in their respective countries for visa processing.

Upon receipt of visa AMCO:

  • We ensure the employment contract aligns with the final contract clauses to protect the rights and interests of the employees.
  • All required documentation is carefully prepared in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Medical clearance is processed through our Qatar Visa Medical Center, ensuring candidates meet all health requirements.
  • We obtain police clearance certificates to verify each candidate's background.
  • Soft Skills Development: We firmly believe that every employee should be articulate and presentable in the workplace. Therefore, we provide essential soft skills training to enhance communication, professionalism, and workplace behavior prior to deployment.
Ticketing and Emigration

The employer may either provide a PTA (Prepaid Ticket Advice) or remit the necessary travel expenses directly to Hire Hub International Ltd. to facilitate the candidate’s travel as scheduled. Additionally, we handle the emigration clearance process on behalf of the candidates through the appropriate government authorities.

Departure

In coordination with the orientation process, our IATA-approved travel agency is tasked with reserving flight seats for the reported workers. To facilitate smooth travel arrangements, employers are required to send flight confirmations and PTA (Prepaid Ticket Advice) in favor of Hire Hub International Ltd. for the selected candidates.

Flight Schedule:

Flight details will be provided to the employer at least 24 hours in advance to ensure necessary arrangements can be made for the pickup of the traveling workers.

Deployment Schedule:

Upon deployment, we promptly notify our clients via email or fax by sending a deployment confirmation message, enabling them to arrange timely pickup of the workers.

Follow up

Our responsibilities do not end with the deployment of workers. We ensure that each worker is received at the airport on time by the company’s representative. We also follow up with our clients to confirm that the workers have been properly employed and that their roles align with the agreed requirements. In the event of any crisis—such as job cuts or workforce reductions—we actively engage in dialogue with both the employer and employees to negotiate a mutually beneficial solution that serves the best interests of both parties.

Repatriating:

If any recruited worker is found to be unfit—whether due to medical reasons or insufficient skills in their respective trade—we either replace the worker at our own expense or act in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement between the concerned parties.
